Horrible a complete waste of your time and energy. You send in receipts and never get rewards. Vets should not be indorsing this company. DO NOT USE

"this rewards program is a joke"
this rewards program is a joke. you give them all your personal information - and that of your pet - you have to upload proof of purchase of their drugs and then you also have to input everything that was on the uploaded invoice. and the "rewards" are not worth the bother.

"my cat suffered horrible side effects…"
my cat suffered horrible side effects and almost died due to your vaccines!! she started violently throwing up and then became lethargic I had to rush her back to the vet where she was put on oxygen, given steroids, and other medications by sticking her 3 more times with a needle . she is still suffering and both of us are extremely traumatized.. My cat is young, and healthy this should not have happened... I can promise you that neither one of my cats will ever get another vaccine again. they are inside cats anyway!! this company is killing our family members because I speak for all of us . Our animals are family members!!! I will post on all social media platforms what we experienced that day and days after because of this company!!!

My dog had to be put down four days after she was injected with the "side effect free" drug called Librela by ZOETIS. I am shocked that Librela is marketed as side effect free.

Most dogs with Arthritis are elderly dogs with underlying issues, hence if it goes wrong and the drug has fatal results it's blamed on other underlying conditions.

My dog lost the use of her hind legs and had gastrointestinal bleeding four days after the injection. I was told to let her go at the emergency vet. This was 3 weeks ago. I have researched and read many other pet owners' experiences with Librela and I am horrified that vets are playing "russian roulette" on senior pets' lives.

"Zoetis equals Murder"
Our family dog Riley had taken trifexis for years. Never having any issue. Our vet told us they had discontinued trifexis and recommended simparico.
Riley had a total of 2 tablets – after 2months of being on simparico she became extremely lethargic and stumbling around - she laid on the couch for several days.
People came over to our house- Riley didn’t even get up when they came in (if you know Riley you know he’s our “guard dog” you can’t even pull in the driveway without her sounding the alarm!). She did eventually get off the couch and stumbled around a bit before laying on the floor again.
At 430 this morning I was woken up- Riley was having a seizure!
We comforted her and monitored very closely but she passed away moments later.
Riley was in perfect health leading up to taking your medication. Your company has murdered my dog and torn my family apart from the loss of our dog.
I promise to use every social media platform available to me, in an effort to have this medication removed from the market to ensure no other family has to go through what mine did.

this company collected my personal data solely to sell it to other companies and they refused to remove my information from their database. i have tried for a year to have my information deleted but they refuse to respond.

"Rewards Program is a Joke; Zoetis Must be Paying the Vet submitted my receipt for the rewards…"
I submitted my receipt for the rewards program and I thought they shorted me. I sent them an email and they said they would get back to me. They never did and I finally called them to learn the reward was not as I had been led to believe by the vet practice. These folks are moneygrubbing capitalists who must be paying off the vet who switched the product with the one I had been using without any problems for years. That is the only explanation for the switch. Everyone makes out except the customer. Not happy with the Vet or Zoetis. Wish we didn't have so many ticks or I would just drop it.

This company is a joke I submitted my receipt not once but four times only to be told it was blurry then then had another excuse. I will not do business with this company ever again. That seem like scammers.

"DENIED POINTS FOR REWARDS. I bought Simparica 3pack on 2/15/22…"
I bought Simparica 3pack on 2/15/22 costing $64.29 from my vet whom told me don’t forget to go on Zoetis to redeem points for my rewards. After going on line to Zoetis but did not see the 3pack for Simparica I called direct. Well, wouldn’t you know I was told that on 2/14/22 Zoetis discontinued the 3 pack. I spoke with Sally (manager) and was told her IT person sent out emails to all vets. I called my Veterinarian back and they are totally unaware of this. Wouldn’t you think Zoetis would have given a proper notice but I was told decision was made on 2/14/22. Zoetis program is not a good rebate program and I did in so many words let Sally know. It’s crappy. This is not the first time I have been denied a rebate and given an excuse to not receive points.

"My claim was denied"
My claim was denied. They didn’t let me know. No reply from customer service when contacting them through their email portal website. Phone number doesn’t connect. What an absolute scam this company is. Buy products from companies that give actual rebates you can spend anywhere. Unbelievable in this competitive market.

Terrible customer services when ti comes to their rewards program, which falls short of the expectations set by the vet and in the Zoetis brochure as well. When possible, I will always buy other products from other manufacturers, just to avoid the unkept commitments from the so-called reward program. What a sham.

"Very poor customer service"
Very poor customer service. I purchased a 6 month supply of Simparico Trio for my dog. The advertised rewards were $40.00. They only gave me $25.00. I emailed their customer service three times with no response. I called their customer service number and phone just rings and rings. Very poor service. Definitely buy your pet products somewhere else, if you are expecting service with integrity.

Instead of helping and curing pets there killing them look at all the reviews many pets have died to these terrible *medicine*more like poison there staff is very rude and really annoying zoetis is a death place for animals DONT PUT YOUR PET TO GET TREATMENT THERE it will probably die or get really ill
