"Reliable... just wish the price stayed put"
I’ve been using their flea and tick treatment for my dog for a while now, and honestly... it’s been solid. It works every time, and I haven’t noticed any weird side effects or anything like that. I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because the price seems to jump around a bit, which is kind of annoying. But the product itself? Reliable

"Solid buy, no regrets"
I usually judge pet stuff simply: if the price feels reasonable and my dog actually does well with it, I’m happy. This wasn’t the cheapest option out there, but it worked well for my dog, so that made it feel worth it. Shipping was fine too, nothing amazing but no real hassle. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars.

"Pretty accurate, but not totally spot-on"
It was mostly right from what I could tell, but one of the results felt a little off. I mean, we ended up, actually, we still had to double-check with our vet anyway, just to be safe.

My dog seemed a lot more comfortable by the next day. He wasn’t completely back to normal right away, but the itching definitely calmed down faster than I expected. Ordering was easy too. I had a quick question and support basically said something like, “Give it a little time and keep an eye on how he responds,” which was reassuring

I really wanted this to help, but my dog just seemed worse after using it. It didn’t feel like his quality of life improved at all, and I ended up feeling kind of trapped, like I was trying something that wasn’t working but didn’t know what else to do

I gave it a try, but the results barely lasted at all. It felt okay at first, then pretty much wore off super fast. Kinda felt like a waste of money tbh, which was dissapointing.

I gave this to my dog and not long after, he just seemed off and felt sick. I’m not totally sure if it was from that or something else going on, but the timing made me nervous. It was a rough experience for him, so I probably wouldn’t use it again

"Packaging was way better than I expected"
I ordered from Zoetis my first reaction when the box showed up was, “Oh wow, they actually packed this really well.” I wasn’t expecting much, but it just looked clean and secure right away.
Everything was sealed properly, nothing leaked, no dents, and the box wasn’t crushed or beat up like a lot of deliveries seem to be lately. It really felt like someone took a little extra care with it.
It’s a small thing, but with pet products, it definitely makes me feel better about ordering again. I’d for sure buy from them again.

I’m having a hard time feeling confident about Zoetis lately. As a customer, I want clear information, especially from a company that deals with animal health, but the website feels vague and doesn’t really explain what’s going on with their products. I’m sure other customers feel the same way too, we just want straightforward answers so we know what we’re trusting. Right now, it doesn’t feel very reassuring

"Weeks Later and Still No Real Answer"
I reached out to zoetis about an issue with an order/product info, thinking it would be a quick thing to clear up. Instead, I kept getting bounced around and had to verify the same information over and over, like nobody was actually keeping track of the case.
After weeks of back and forth, I still didn’t get a real fix, just vague responses and the usual “we’ll look into it.” it felt like they were hoping I’d just give up. Frustrating experience, especially from a company this size.

"Helped my dog, but I felt uneasy after paying"
I got a Zoetis product through my vet for my dog’s itching, and it did seem to work quickly. It wasn’t like he stopped scratching overnight, but after a few days he was definitely a lot more comfortable and not constantly chewing or scratching at himself.
I’m taking off one star because it was expensive, and after paying I had that uneasy feeling of wondering if I’d been talked into something overpriced. I also wish the info online was clearer and easier to understand. Still, as far as results go, it did the job for my dog.

"Didn’t feel comfortable using it around my pets"
I got a little nervous using this with my pets around. I have a dog who sniffs absolutely everything, even the grocery bags by the door, and I just kept worrying it wasn’t safe for him. Maybe it works fine for other people, but I didn’t feel comfortable enough to keep using it.

"Maybe it works, but my dog won’t touch it"
I’m giving it 2 stars because, who knows, maybe the product actually does what it’s supposed to do. The problem is my dog wants absolutely nothing to do with it. He sniffs it, looks at me like I’m trying to trick him, and walks away every time. I’ve tried hiding it in his food, but even then he somehow finds it and spits it out. For the price, it’s frustrating. I’d love to say it’s great, but it doesn’t help much if I can’t get him to eat it...

"Rebate worked, but instructions could be clearer"
I bought the meds through my vet and submitted the Zoetis rebate online. It did go through eventually, but I was expecting the instructions to be a little clearer. The status updates were slow too, so I ended up waiting longer than I thought. Overall it wasn’t bad, I just think the process could be smoother.

"Never available when I need it"
so every time I check, the product my vet recommended is either not listed at all or it shows as unavailable. I’ve tried looking on different days too, but I still haven’t had any luck.
It’s frustrating because the site makes it seem like the whole process will be easy, but I always end up calling around anyway. I just wish they kept the stock info updated better.
